As we step into the new year, you may notice a few changes around here. And with that comes our belated New Year’s resolution: to grow — but to grow with intention. To build a company where our employees grow with us, and our clients are forever thankful for the peace we bring into their homes.
We’re getting back to basics while continuing to move forward with care, purpose, and heart. And we are so grateful to everyone who has stuck with us through every transition — your patience, trust, and support truly mean more than you know. And to those who hired me when I was solo cleaning in the early days… you will forever be the ones who helped me grow...
At the core of everything we do is the same reason we started this business in the first place — people helping people.
Last year, we were truly blessed with new staff who are hardworking, dependable, and do amazinggggg work. We couldn’t ask for a better team, and we are so grateful for the pride, care, and heart they bring into every home they clean.
This is hard work — real, physical, detailed work — and no one here is working for minimum wage. We believe in valuing our team for their skill, effort, and dedication. We also know firsthand that childcare costs can make employment nearly impossible for so many amazing workers. That’s why we work hard to keep overhead low, pay higher than typical cleaning companies, and offer flexibility. Our employees deserve stability, dignity, and support.
We founded this business with the intent to make our employees not just labor, but partners — and that is exactly what we’ve built.
On the client side, a clean home isn’t just about appearance. It’s about giving you back your time — time to breathe, to manage the daily chaos, or to simply enjoy moments with your family and friends.
