Adam is a crew chief here at SERVPRO of Lowell. He is from Dorchester and started working here in July of 2024 bringing 3+ years of restoration experience with him. Adam spends his time watching sports and cars. He graduated from Lowell Vocational Technical High School in 2008 with an auto collision degree. Adam's favorite television show is Psych.

Jonathan is a crew chief here at SERVPRO of Lowell. He started in September of 2024 and brings over 3 years of water restoration experience with him. Jon lives in Lowell with his daughter. He is a combat veteran with a tour in Iraq. Jon enjoys spending time with his daughter in his free time and watching movies.

Tony is a production technician here at SERVPRO of Lowell. He graduated from Lawrence High School with a diploma in health and human services. He is currently attending college to be a registered nurse. Tony started working for SERVPRO in January of 2024. He spends his free time game streaming, making music, and being a dad. Tony lives in Lowell, his favorite color is red, and he loves to travel.

Marc is a Restoration Technician with SERVPRO of Lowell. He has over seven years of hands-on experience helping home and business owners recover from fire, water, and mold damage. Marc takes pride in bringing properties back to preloss condition while supporting customers through stressful situations. Over the years, Marc has developed expertise in mitigation, cleanup, and restoration processes and is committed to delivering reliable results with professionalism and care.

Meet Bruce
Bruce is our sales and marketing representative for the SERVPRO of Lowell office. Bruce joined us in January of 2024 from the office supply industry where he had spent the last 25 years. Bruce lives on the Northshore with his four daughters and in his spare time enjoys playing golf and DIY projects. The key to his success is, delivering on what you promise. His favorite gift is time with family. He also sits on the Board of the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce!!!

Meet Justin
Justin is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Lowell. He started in September of 2024. Justin is originally from Wooster, OH, and graduated from NHITA with a Massage/Therapeutic Arts degree. He enjoys hunting/fishing and watching football. Go Buckeyes!!!

Meet our Management team. With over 30 years of combined SERVPRO experience between them!!

James is the General Manager here at SERVPRO of Lowell. He came from a restaurant background before working for SERVPRO. He enjoys spending time with his family on the weekends and watching movies.

Aaron is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO of Lowell. He is from S**o, ME and graduated from UMASS Boston with a degree in psychology. Aaron started working for the company in February of 2021. He spends his free time riding his dirt bike or snowboard depending on the season. Aaron lives in Burlington with his wife, dog, and 2 cats whom he loves dearly. His favorite show right now is Jeopardy!

Gloria Miller
Gloria is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Lowell. She is from Phoenix, AZ, and moved to the New England area at the end of 2023. Gloria started working for SERVPRO in March of 2021 in Lancaster Pennsylvania. She spends her free time with her two children, finding beaches and fun out-of-town trips. Gloria has two adorable hairless cats along with a spotted Frenchie. Her favorite TV genre is anime and anything Harry Potter-related!

Alan Murphy is a Production Manager here at SERVPRO of Lowell and has completed our rigorous Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. Alan has a strong work ethic and is known around our office for his constant willingness to learn more and take on new tasks. He has been working with SERVPRO of Lowell for over a year , while being in the industry for 15 years. Alan enjoys working on cars with his brother in his free time as well as going to concerts with friends and family.

Meet our owners Dave and Steve. Brothers with over 40 years of experience in the world of water and mold restoration for SERVPRO!!!

Steve is the Co-Owner of SERVPRO of Lowell. Steve’s parents previously owned a franchise starting in 1984 and retired in 2014. Steve started working for his parents during school vacations and quickly became a Crew Chief in 1987. Steve has many years of experience and has seen all types of disasters, making him a very resourceful owner. Steve has received over 20 certifications from the IICRC, ASCR, IQIA, and DDI, including Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, Master Water Restorer, and Master Fire & Smoke Restorer. Steve has been a Waltham resident for a little over 3 years. Steve focuses on growing his franchises, developing and managing his team of highly trained professionals, and creating great business relationships.

Dave is the Operations Manager and co-owner for SERVPRO of Lowell. His parents previously owned a franchise where he gained many years of experience in the industry. In addition to his many industry certifications, Dave has distinguished himself as an expert in the Xactimate property claim estimating program and the various ASTI/IICRC standards applicable to the restoration industry. Dave lives in Londonderry, NH with his wife, son, and daughter.
