We're hiring an Office Administrator!

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Pest Control Office Administrator to join our team. This position plays an important role in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly, while also providing excellent customer service and supporting our field technicians.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with customers and employees, managing schedules, and handling multiple priorities throughout the day. This role combines office administration, customer service, scheduling, sales, and operational support.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work and understands that the office is a key part of a successful pest control operation. The right person will be comfortable talking with customers, helping technicians, staying organized, and jumping in wherever needed to keep the business moving.

If you are a self-motivated, organized, customer-focused person who enjoys a combination of administrative work, sales, and daily operations, we would love to hear from you.

Schedule: 4 days in office / 1 day remote
Employment Type: Full-Time

This is an important operational role, so the successful candidate must be able to work effectively both independently from home and collaboratively with management and the field team in the office.

Pay Range 40k-50k plus commission of monthly sales
