Turkish-born, Defne has worked in a number of management capacities at many luxury hotels and restaurants domestically, most recently The Clifton Inn, Relais & Chateaux as the Resident Manager. Previously, she hails from Boar’s Head Inn, a four-diamond property, where she oversaw all restaurant and room service operations. Internationally, Defne also has a vast array of experience with major establishments.
