Carolina Maid Rite is now celebrating it’s 7th year in business as one of the best cleaning companies in North Carolina. Started by owner Cathy Faussett as an independent cleaner, now a full-on company that services 3 different city-centers in North Carolina and looking to grow, the business has never been stronger than it is today. What We Are Looking For
Honesty & Accountability – We will be honest with you, and we expect you to be honest with us and hold yourself accountable for your actions, and we will hold ourselves accountable as well. This also falls in line with integrity.
Respect & Dignity – Not only with management and staff, but mainly with clients. Whether or not you personally enjoy a client or not, you are expected to be respectful, and treat all clients with dignity and confidentiality. If you are not being treated that way in return, report to management and we will handle It.
Safety – Making sure you are following directions with products and equipment is important. You cannot take risks with this job, or else you may damage a client’s home, or even put yourself at risk.
Reliable – You MUST have a driver’s license, and your own vehicle. Until we are able to get company cars, you will be responsible for your transportation. Drive time is paid.
Team Player & Self-Motivated - You will go back and forth working alone, and working with others. You need to be able to do both, and not cause drama or issues between staff or with clients.
Benefits
While we do not yet have a benefits package for staff, it is something we are in the process of researching and developing so that we can offer those much needed benefits. There are a few perks that you receive while working here however!
Weekly Pay: Every Wednesday is pay day! Flexible payment methods!
Bonus: Based on performance and attendance, you can earn a bonus every week!
Paid Training: You will receive about 3 hours of resources to watch and study, entirely paid, before your first day on the job.
Responsive & Flexible Management: We are always a call or text away and we check in with you minimum once a day.
Paid Vacation: After 1 year of employment, all staff are eligible for 1 week off- entirely paid!
Paid Drive Time: While there can be a bit of driving, we pay for that time! No worries!
