Building Maintenance Associate Job Responsibilities:

•Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around classrooms, bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchenettes, offices or conference rooms.
•Cleans all floors and rooms. Including dust mopping, damp mopping, using floor scrubber machine, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
•Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
•Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners.
•Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
•Assists other associates when needed to ensure optimum service to clients.
•Effectively communicates with team members and day porter about any building specifics.
•Keeps a professional rapport with staff and clients at all times.
•Performs additional duties as needed keeping in mind that task-list vary per site.
