The exhaustion of running a business while also doing all the physical labor yourself is a different kind of tired. 🙌

People see the cleaning part… but they don’t see everything happening before and after the job. 👀
Answering messages late at night. Scheduling clients. Sending invoices. Buying supplies. Marketing your business. Posting content. Handling cancellations. Managing finances. Trying to keep clients happy. 🥹

And THEN still showing up to scrub, lift, vacuum, mop, bend, and clean for hours straight. 💔
There’s no clocking out mentally when you own the business. Even after your body is exhausted, your brain keeps going. 🙃

A lot of cleaners finish a full day of physical work… only to go home and start the “second shift” behind the scenes on their phone or laptop. ❤️
And the hardest part? Most people assume because you work for yourself, you must have freedom and flexibility.

When in reality, many small business owners are carrying the workload of 5 different people completely alone. 🤍
