🐿️ Operation: Squirrel Relocation! 🚧

Some squirrels chewed into this home's roofline! They can be incredibly destructive when they decide your attic is their new favorite nesting spot.

No job is too high! We got the ladders up to reach this tricky corner of the fascia and soffit.

Instead of trapping, we use a humane one-way exclusion door. This allows the squirrels to leave the house to find food, but the spring-loaded door prevents them from getting back inside. It’s the safest way to ensure the home is empty before we seal it up.

What’s next?

Now that the "tenants" are being locked out, we’ll be returning shortly for the permanent repair work. We’ll be replacing the damaged wood and restoring this roofline to its original, squirrel-proof condition!
