When a client cancels at the last minute or doesn’t show up, it doesn’t just mean that I lost a cleaning—it means I lost the income I was counting on that day. As a small business, those missed appointments can affect groceries, household bills, business expenses, and everything it takes to keep a small business running.

I completely understand that life happens. Emergencies come up, plans change, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. ❤️

But whenever possible, please give me as much notice as you can. Even 24–48 hours’ notice gives me a chance to fill that spot with another client who may need a cleaning.
