As the owner of SK Klean, I want to thank every one of you who has supported my small business — it means the world to me and my kids. 💙

But I have to be real for a second: last-minute cancellations hurt. This business is how I provide for my family, and when clients cancel without notice, it takes away time, energy, and income I count on to keep things running.

👉 Effective immediately, the following policies are in place:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day cancellations will result in a cancellation fee of half of what is expected for services !
• No-shows may not be rebooked.

I work hard to deliver top-quality cleaning services, and I truly value each client. All I ask is that my time is respected in return. Thank you for understanding and helping me grow this dream for my family. 💪🧼
