Selecting the cheapest option isn't always the most effective approach. Kudos to the property management company for engaging our services to correct the issue. The previous vent cleaning company unfortunately left an obstruction in the duct, causing substantial blockage and increasing the risk of a dryer fire for the tenant. Another fire 🔥 prevented. This one was plugged solid . Tennant said her brand new dryer was getting extremely hot and not drying clothes. So thankful they called us .
