NEW Air BnB / Commercial Hot Tubs - Ideal for short term rentals, these hot tubs are designed for simple use by locking the screen.
Advantages:
1. No Diverter Valves: No more guests breaking them by over turning or leaving the waterflow to one seat, causing a call to maintenance over the subject.
2. No Air Valves: Guests can now see the bubbles and jet powers immediately. Instead of air valves, we installed internal check valves inside the cabinet. As soon as the pump is turned on, the valves will let air in and have air bubbles always.
3. Jets are always on: No longer will guests be able to close each jet manually. This caused maintenance calls to address jets that had no flow, but in reality, they were just closed. To many or all closed jets causes pressure to the plumbing and can lead to expensive leaks and damage that require repair an rental downtime.
4. A Balboa TP600 simple Control Panel that can be locked avoiding unwanted programming from guests. Only pump on/off and temperature adjustmets are allowed. You can also lock the temperature if desired. Guests will only control the pump on/off features.
5. You can add a wifi module to monitor/control the hot tub from your cellphone remotely
6. No shoulder or neck jets to splash water out of the hot tub and make a mess. (Unless requested)
