Repost of a roof clean we did. A previous “pressure washer” had cleaned the roof improperly to get the house ready for market. Unfortunately lack of knowledge and experience will now leave new owner needing to replace damaged roof most likely on there dime. NEVER should HIGH pressure be used on a shingle roof. Experienced roof cleaners use safe cleaning solutions to kill the stain causing mildew not PRESSURE.
