Comments: He worked extremely hard on our very dirty carpets. He brought them up to 90% of new. Our carpets were a real challenge with several stained areas. H

Comments: Jesse was great. I only wanted the living room and hallway cleaned. He gave me a price over the phone. Knowing the price my change when he saw what needed to be done, I was surprised that he said his quite would be the same. Jesse got here and went right to work. He steamed cleaned first and did a deep clean. This was included in the price. He told me the pet stains would come out, but may return if the stain was deep in the pad, it may return. Well so far they have not returned. If you want a great carpet cleaning and restoration job, Call Accents in Cleaning. I will use them when I need cleaning again. John, Concord, CA

Comments: Jesse responded to my request and could schedule the job the following morning. He was on time, very nicely dressed, had a clean truck and very good equipment. He explained the process he would use to bring my carpets back to "life" and what I could expect as results. He did not disappoint me. The carpets were 15 years old and looked like new when he left. Comments: Jesse was prompt and listened very carefully to my request for my couch and carpets to be cleaned. I told him the problem areas and he worked very hard on my couch. It is a big 8 piece sectional couch and he worked on it for a couple of hours. His price for the carpets and the couch were the same as other quotes I got just for the couch. He was also very polite and helpful. I was very pleased

Comments: The two man team did a wonderful deep cleaning and scotgaurd for four rooms and hallway. We also asked for the bathroom floor tile grout to be cleaned. They were professional and thorough with no mess left behind. Their response time for when I phoned for the bid and the work completed was within two days. By the wonderful deep cleaning, they revived my five year old carpet to look and feel BRAND NEW. Excellent work Jesse and team! Rating 5.0 12/09/08

Comments: Jessie was prompt and very business like in our dealing with the carpet. We had to have him return to redo a heavy traffic area that still had a couple of spots. Jessie suggested it may have been from our use of Resolve in those areas. When I talked to him about the spots he was very professional, may a appointment to return and took care of the problem. I never once felt like he didn't want to come back and make it right. He actually wanted to get it done asap so my wife and I would be happy about the job he die for us. I would recommend him to me family, friends and neighbors.

This carpet needed work it was a year old and she thought she might have to replace them. I explained to her I can restore your carpets for a fraction of the cost!
