Little golf cart garage with a bathroom and wash sink i knocked out in a few hours yesterday. Just passed inspection now i need to get it covered up before the rain so the pipes dont float away!! Another bathroom down 🙌 there was actually 2 in this house. I changed the tubs, tub/shower valves, faucets and for some reason they went with the old toilets but it came out great!!

New bathroom (1 of 6) finished up at a 7 figure new house on baldhead island 😻😻 each bedroom has its own bathroom and all the figures are Italian made... also Italian installed 🤣🤣🇮🇹🇮🇹

Another OptiumH20 filtration system in the books!! I absolutley love these things, I recommend them to all my customers. Finishing up a new house on baldhead this week 🤩🤩 This shower has a temperature control, 3 pressure controls, 1 going to the 4 body sprayers, 1 going to the rain head above and 1 going to the handheld. The last picture is the rough-in behind the tile. There are 3 of these in this house plus a guest bathroom without the body sprayers and 2 half baths... plus the kitchen with a wet bar. This house had a leak last week on the quest or polyethylene pipe under their house. Most insurance companies wont even cover a house with this pipe because its not if its when itll fail. So Im changing out all the quest for pex so they don't have to worry anymore!! If you have quest pipe under your house let me know I'll give you a good price on a full repipe!!!

A few more OptiumH20 filtration systems in the books 💪💪 these are 1 of only a few that filter PFAS and GEN X out of the water supply for your whole house.
