We clean homes and Airbnb rentals in the Southport Oak Island and St James area.

Pay is cash for approx 25 hours a week depending on the schedule.

You must have transportation to get to the homes of the clients or to meet up with Tracey.

We're looking for another experienced cleaner to help us manage our Client's home.

Pay starts at $12/hr until experience is shown.

We clean in St James, Southport and Oak Island with an occasional house a little further out.

You need reliable transportation, drug free, present a professional appearance and to understand that our clients deserve professional cleaners in their home.

You have to be good with dogs and an occasional cat because our clients have them in their houses. They're all super friendly.

A typical week is 20-25 hours and pay is cash (Zelle etc preferred).

Rental season is fastly approaching. With 30+ regular clients plus rental flips, we're looking for part time help cleaning houses in the SPT-OKI-STJ area.

Could be 3-4 days a week with possible 5 hours some days.

Applicant must have reliable transportation, experience cleaning houses and be respectful of the clients homes and needs.

This can lead to the individual taking on quick turnover AirBnB clients as the sole cleaner (higher pay) after Tracey becomes comfortable with your cleaning ability and trustworthiness.

Pay is typically better than most providers in the area.

Triad Green Clean has clients in St James, Southport and Oak Island.

Hours will steadily increase as we approach the rental season with approximately 15 hours available to begin.

Triad Green Clean is seeking additional permanent help.

Anyone accepting the job can expect 20+ hours per week, Monday thru Friday at a great pay rate. To earn more money requires dedication and commitment to the job. She pays well to attempt to find great workers that can stay with her.

You must have prior cleaning experience and available reliable transportation. Tracey pays cash at the end of the week and work times are typically between 9am - 4pm.

You will work with Tracey as she cleans also. The right workers may end up cleaning small homes on their own. Tracey provides all products.

Please do not apply if you can't work M-F and don't truly intend to work with her long term.
