✨ New shirts, same GLO-ing ambition! 🩵🫧

We finally got to try on our new Wichman Glo, LLC shirts, and naturally, we had to celebrate with some awkward family-photo-style pictures. Because what’s a sister-owned business without a little chaos? 😂📸

All jokes aside, seeing our little business come to life in more ways than one is SO exciting! 🥹

What started as two sisters with a dream is slowly growing into something bigger, and now we’re getting ready to welcome more faces to the Glo Crew!

Here’s to building a brand we’re proud to wear, never taking ourselves too seriously, and continuing to GLO one clean at a time! ✨

Professional cleaners, questionable models. 🤣🫶

Another exciting little milestone for Wichman Glo, LLC! 🫧✨🩵

Our business tees have officially arrived, and I cannot WAIT to get these babies out of the boxes and try them on! 🥹

There’s something so surreal about watching an idea turn into a business, and now preparing to have our very own team representing the Glo name! What started with my sister and me is slowly growing into something bigger, one little milestone at a time.

Professional, cute, and ready to GLO! ✨🩷

✨ Holiday Deep Cleans Are Here! 🫧🎄

The holiday season is sneaking up on us, which means guests, gatherings, decorating, cooking… and all those little areas of the house you suddenly notice. 😂

Wichman Glo, LLC is now booking full AND partial deep cleans for the upcoming holiday season! ✨

A full deep clean is perfect when your home needs that complete top-to-bottom reset, but you don’t have to book the whole house to get some extra Glo!

Our partial deep cleans allow us to focus on the areas that need the most attention, such as baseboards, trim & windowsills, cabinet fronts, kitchens, bathrooms, built-up areas, detailed floors, or other specific spaces you’ve been putting off.

Today’s partial deep clean was a perfect example — we focused on detailed baseboards and windowsills throughout the home, additional trim, bathroom detailing, and flooring where needed. About four hours later, those tedious little details were DONE! 🙌✨

Whether you’re getting ready to host Thanksgiving, welcome family for Christmas, decorate for the season, or simply want a fresh start before winter, we can customize the cleaning around what your home actually needs.

✨ Wichman Glo is GROWING! ✨

Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy getting all of our ducks (and dust bunnies 😂) in a row! 🫧

Most of our employee paperwork, policies, training materials, and onboarding prep are officially squared away. 🙌 Now we’re just waiting on a few supplies to arrive so I can start putting together our official Wichman Glo employee binders! 💙✨

And while I’ve been buried in paperwork… we’re still out here getting business DONE and making homes Glo! 🧹🫧

📣 We are STILL accepting applications!
We’re looking for the right person (or people 👀) to grow alongside us as Wichman Glo continues expanding.

If you’re dependable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, coachable, and take pride in your work, I’d love to hear from you!

The paperwork is getting organized. The binders are coming. The houses are still getting cleaned. And Wichman Glo is GROWING. 🥹💙

Sam & I teamed up today at one of my weekly client’s homes for a different kind of deep clean… their CAMPER! 🫧✨🚐

And we’re officially adding Camper & RV Deep Cleans to our services! 🙌

As the cooler fall weather rolls in and it’s time to start winterizing and storing those campers, let Wichman Glo take care of the cleaning first! 🍂

We’ll get all that summer camping dirt, dust, crumbs, grime, and everything in between cleaned up so you can tuck your camper away for the winter nice & shiny — and when spring rolls back around, you’re not opening the door to last summer’s mess. 😂✨

Clean it. Winterize it. Store it. Then come spring… just pack up & GO! 🏕️☀️

Apparently my coffee made it official… Certified Baddie: Employer Edition. 😂☕✨

Wichman Glo’s very first in-person employee interview is officially in the books! 🥹💙🫧

This is such a surreal milestone for a business that started with my sister and me just earlier this year. We’re growing, our books are filling, and I’m officially working toward adding the right person—or people—to our little Glo team! ✨

Applications will remain OPEN throughout the next month. My ideal hiring timeframe is November, but if the right person comes along and schedules/client demand allow, that could absolutely happen sooner. 🤗

I’m looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, detail-oriented, coachable, and genuinely takes pride in their work. Professional cleaning experience is preferred, but not required—we can teach the Glo. 💙

📍 Billings + surrounding areas
💰 $18–$22/hr DOE
🗓️ Part-time W-2
⏰ Primarily M–F, approximately 8:30 AM–2:30 PM
📈 Opportunity for increased hours & growth

Interested? Send the Wichman Glo, LLC business page your résumé, professional references, general M–F availability, and a little about yourself!

And to everyone who has hired us, referred us, shared our posts, or cheered us on—THIS is what you’re helping us build. 🥹🫶
