Payment Policy Reminder for Residential Clients

To ensure the smooth operation of my business, I kindly ask that all residential cleaning invoices be paid after services and absolutely no later than 24 hours of service completion.

Recently, I’ve experienced an increase in delayed payments, with some invoices remaining unpaid for several days. As a small business owner, timely payment is essential for covering operating expenses and allowing me to continue providing dependable, high-quality service.

When you receive services from a hairstylist, mechanic, or other professional, payment is expected at the time of service or shortly thereafter. Residential cleaning services are no different.

I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients and am grateful for your continued support. Thank you for helping keep payment prompt so I can continue providing the level of service you expect.
