I recently received some very sad news about the passing of one of our long-time clients. Finding out secondhand through a Google search after unanswered texts was heartbreaking, especially because when you are in someone’s home very frequently you aren't just a service provider—you become a witness to their life and share stories and great conversations together. Many of the people we serve truly become like family to us. We build bonds with the homeowners, their children, and even their pets.

I have a small request from the heart: If you ever experience the loss of a loved one (or a beloved family pet), please consider reaching out to the people who worked for them. Whether it’s the cleaner, the pool maintenance team, or a long-term contractor, we care deeply for our clients. Being notified allows us the chance to pay our respects, process the news, and grieve properly alongside you.

Thank you for understanding and for letting us be a small part of your lives. Our thoughts are with anyone walking through a season of grief right now.

Rest in peace, you will be deeply missed.
