We are proud to serve our community. But the truth is, as one of the region’s most trusted fire restoration companies, we never like receiving the call for a fire loss, especially when it involves people we know.

This recent fire affected the property of a local community member we know, and one of the occupants is a staff member at the Catholic grade school our owners’ children attend and know well. Thankfully, no one was injured, and for that we are incredibly grateful.

Our team responded immediately to secure the property and help the occupants begin navigating what is often one of the most overwhelming days of their lives. Later, when we checked in to see how she was holding up, she shared something we had not even known: her vehicle would not start after the fire, so one of our team members drove her where she needed to go.

Moments like that remind us that our work is about far more than boarding windows, mitigating damage, or rebuilding structures. It is about serving people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

We are incredibly proud of our team for living our mission every day, care for the people behind the claim.

We’re proud to be engaged by Holy Ghost Preparatory School to complete the restoration and reconstruction of Founders Hall following a significant sprinkler pipe discharge that occurred on Super Bowl Sunday and affected substantial portions of three floors.

Phase 1 is focused on the mission-critical repairs needed to return affected classrooms, stair towers, and common areas to service before students return, while keeping all required safety measures operational at all times. That work is well underway and currently ahead of schedule thanks to the school administration’s quick decision-making, the cooperation of Utica National Insurance, and the efforts of the school’s and our project management team.

Planning is also progressing for Phase 2, which includes redesigning the existing library into a modern student center with the function and feel of a collegiate campus environment.

We appreciate the continued collaboration of Holy Ghost Prep, the design team, maintenance staff, consultants, trade partners, and all stakeholders involved in keeping this important project moving forward.
