Happy Monday🦋🪶 Two weeks ago I attended the Bucks Happening Bash to represent Charmed Girls Cleaning Services. I can’t believe what we have built in the past 5.5 years. When I say WE I mean my team, my family, my clients, and friends. We are a small woman owed & operated business. For 5 years all of our office work was done manually. Every estimate, email response, phone call, confirmation email, follow ups, social media, time keeping, daily and last minute changes that had to be made was all done manually. Me and my assistant, and email, a phone, Google Calendar & Google sheet. In November I decided it was time to get crm ( which I am still learning) and so grateful I made that decision. When I think back to how it started and how far we have come it is truly amazing! Our goal has always been to be the best! If we miss something, we make it right. To have the best customer service. To show up when we say we are going to be there. It surely has been a roller coaster ride. One of the best rides I have ever been on. I am forever grateful to my team, the team members who were with us and moved on. To each and every client, which many have become friends.
