We are forever grateful for our awesome clients that take the time to give us a review. Our business is ran 100% on referrals. The only marketing we do is posting on Facebook and instagram. In a world where most business are ran on Google leads, etc. I get so many calls from company’s who say they can get us more leads. I tell them Charmed is ran off referrals they can’t believe it. From a little envelope to a storefront. 💗✨

I came across something that reminded me just how far I’ve come, and I wanted to share a little piece of my journey.
In 2020, after working for the same company for 17 years, I lost my job during COVID. I was scared, uncertain, and had no idea what my next chapter would look like.
But I knew one thing — I wasn’t going to give up.
So I decided to start cleaning houses.
I had no idea where it would lead me. I just knew I needed to work and provide for my family.

That little envelope in this picture? That was where I kept my earnings when I first started Charmed Girls Cleaning Services. 💕
I wasn’t making a lot of money, but I remember how incredibly grateful and excited I was every time I put money into that envelope.
And somewhere along the way, something unexpected happened…I fell in love with what I was doing.
I loved cleaning. I loved meeting new people. I loved building relationships with my clients. I loved the daily adventures, the laughs, and even the crazy days with my team!
What started as something I needed to do to make a living turned into something I genuinely loved.
I started running my business out of my house. As we grew, I moved everything into my detached garage. And in June of 2025, I reached a milestone I once could only dream about…
I opened my very own storefront.
Sometimes I look back and can’t believe how far we’ve come.
It hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, stressful nights, sacrifices, mistakes, and plenty of lessons learned. But there has also been so much laughter, happiness, and gratitude.
I’m so proud of what Charmed Girls Cleaning Services has become, but I’ll never forget where it started.
To my amazing team, past and present, thank you for being part of this journey. And to every single client who has trusted us, supported us, referred us, or simply believed in us — THANK YOU. You have helped turn a very uncertain chapter of my life into something I never imagined possible.
That little envelope may not have held much money back then, but looking at it now, I realize it held something so much bigger…
The beginning of a dream I didn’t even know I had. 💗

🎀 CLEANING FOR A CAUSE THIS OCTOBER 🎀

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this one is very personal to me.

For the entire month of October, Charmed Girls Cleaning Services will be donating 10% of every cleaning to the healing conscious foundation, a wonderful organization that supports women before, during and after treatment.

In March of 2023, I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma. In an instant, my life—and my family’s life—was flipped upside down.

A friend of mine told me about the healing conscious foundation after seeing the support they had given her sister. She spoke so highly of them, and I quickly understood why.

They reached out to me during one of the scariest and most uncertain times of my life. They took the time to listen. They answered questions, gave me valuable information and invited me to their monthly meetings( Breast Friends) so I could connect with other women who understood what I was going through.

They also provided vouchers for things like massages, acupuncture, cancer life coaching, and many other things that brought a little comfort and support during a time when I desperately needed it.

When you’re diagnosed with cancer, there is so much focus on doctors, surgeries, treatments and appointments. But the emotional and mental part of what you’re going through is just as real. Having people there who understand makes such a difference.

Now, more than three years later, my team and I would like to give back to an organization that was there for me when I needed it. 💕

Throughout October, 10% of every cleaning we complete will be donated to Breast Friends.

And you do NOT have to be a Charmed Girls client to participate. If we don’t clean for you but you would still like to make a donation, you absolutely can. My Venmo is -Maury, last 4 digits are 2193. Every donation—big or small—can help support another woman who has just heard the words, “You have breast cancer.”

This month isn’t just about wearing pink. For us, it’s about supporting women in our community who are fighting, healing, recovering and learning how to navigate life after a breast cancer diagnosis which is very challenging.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to our amazing clients for allowing Charmed Girls Cleaning Services to turn every clean this October into something even more meaningful. 🎀
