The customer purchased this home in March and is only now noticing mouse droppings.

Evidence of mice is not always visible, but that does not mean they are absent. Prevention is key, which is why both residential and commercial properties benefit from regular pest management before any signs appear. The goal should be to be proactive rather than reactive. Unfortunately, we often only receive a call once clear evidence becomes visible to the homeowner.
