In addition to seven years of experience in the field, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Biology with a minor in Wildlife Studies, Chris brings carpentry and construction knowledge to the table. Another barred owl that was unfortunately hit by a car. Thanks to the folks that hit it and Sargent Baker from barrington pd for doing all they could to get it care. He's at York center for wildlife now getting the care he needs. Big shout out to those folks for doing all they do. Pretty inspiring seeing how folks come together to save an animal.

Call I've never had before. This poor guy was hit by car, head stuck in the grill. I was able to remove it safely and have a rehab set up for first thing in the morning. Unfortunately it looks like it lost an eye and willl never be wild again but will be able to live in a sanctuary.
