New service offered for the next 6-8 weeks only!

Everyone loves weekend drives, especially when yard sale season has begun!
But...
Cleaning, sorting (keep, sell, trash, donate), organizing your basement/attic/garage/storage unit/etc once spaces are clear of any & all unwanted items, setting up the sale, pricing, then packing it all back up, hauling it all off/packing it back up... Is less than thrilling. Most of us would rather be at the beach, or stopping at yard sales (adding to the plethora of unnecessary stuff accumulating).....

So hire us to do it for you! Average 1-2 days of work prior to the scheduled sale. Estimates available to assess precise needs, work load, time & level of tasks required. Scheduling, advertising, set up the morning of & tear down once completed. And disposal of everything left are all possible tasks we can complete for you!
Hell, we can just organize/clean/sort & relocate everything & skip the yard say if you prefer.

Purchase a $75+ gift certificate for someone & earn $15 off a basic/deep/move in or out/inspection cleaning. Or, if you buy a gift certificate AND schedule at least 4 cleanings AND refer one person who schedules ateast 4 cleanings/services you can potentially add on extras to your already scheduled service: windows, load of laundry (wash, dry, iron, put away.), Bedding/linens/curtains (wash/dry/iron, strip & make) appliance interior(either fridge OR oven) and/or pressure washing, exterior service (debris/junk clean up & disposal, wood cutting, deck/step repair, storm/screen door change over, roof taking).

If you are a booked recurring client (more than a one time), scheduled for 2+ hours of basic or deep cleaning, when you refer someone and they book at least 2-4 weekly or biweekly cleanings, you can earn:
an additional service (a half hour of basic cleaning, appliance cleaning [fridge or oven interior], windows, laundry [1-2 loads completed])
OR $15 off a 2 hr+ cleaning
OR 20% off a specialty service (some restrictions apply)!

Just an FYI that we use safe products while cleaning! Our floor cleaner is home made and natural! The harshest chemical we use is simple green!
Clients with pets and small children can rest assured we are taking safety into consideration!
