James has been with us for 18 YEARS, and his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to taking care of our customers are exactly what make him such a valuable part of our crew.

Thank you, James, for all you do and for representing our company so well. We appreciate you more than you know!

It's the little things that remind you why you love what you do. ❤️

Today, I received this sweet handwritten note from a customer, and it truly made my day.

Building relationships, earning trust, and doing business with good people is what it's all about. I'm grateful for every customer who gives me the opportunity to serve them, and even more grateful when they take a moment to share their appreciation.

Thank you, Denise, for your kind words. It was truly a pleasure doing business with you, too!

📢 LOCAL PSA: Portable Toilet Reminder

We understand that sometimes you may run out of toilet paper, but please do not use underwear as a substitute and leave it inside portable toilet units.

These items clog our vacuum trucks and equipment, preventing us from servicing the units and keeping them clean for everyone.

Please be considerate of our workers and other users. If toilet paper isn’t available, please contact the service provider for assistance rather than using clothing or other materials.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! We appreciate your help in keeping our equipment running and our portable toilets in service. 🙏
