Maintenance!
We have been seeing a lot of drain fields with lack of maintenance trees,shrubs and anything with a root base WILL GROW to the movement of the water inside the drain field plug them up and sometimes you get lucky and it can be removed but most of the time it's a replacement of the drain field!
Mounds, pressure beds with clean out vales are easy to clean, if you don't have them it can be added!

Even the inlet and outlet on the tanks have them!
