This pertains to Flashes Trash customers who have Verizon.
We have been made aware of an issue with Verizon not allowing the calls to go through to our business phone 419-908-8482. If you have Verizon and are unable to get through to us please email us at [email protected]. We are working with hard to get this issue fixed. Heads up to anyone trying to get a call through to our office:
Our phone provider is currently experiencing issues on their network and all phone lines are down. This is affecting not only our phones, but their own systems as well (phone company). We cannot currently take calls and they do not have an estimate on when lines will be back up.
