Most people only see the "Pending" sign.

This condo sold in just one day, received multiple offers, and sold above the asking price. But that didn't happen by accident.

Did you know the City of Ashland Fire Division has a Residential Knox Box Program?

I recently sat down with Captain Miller at Station 1 to learn more about it, and I was surprised to hear there are already 400 to 500 Knox Boxes protecting homes in Ashland, Milton Township, and Montgomery Township.

If you live alone, are recovering from surgery, have mobility challenges, or have a loved one who's planning to age in place, this is definitely worth learning about.

The program is free, available to both homeowners and renters, and could help firefighters and EMS get to you faster during an emergency.
