As we reflected on the sacrifices made by generations of Americans who served our country, this visit also carried personal meaning for our family as we honored loved ones laid to rest here.

Hoppy Easter from the Armstrong Sweeping crew! 🐣🐰

These photos take us back to a tradition we really miss.

For years, Easter morning meant getting up early, decorating one of our sweepers like the Easter Bunny, and volunteering alongside the Westernaires Easter Parade. While everyone else enjoyed the festivities, we were right there behind the scenes—keeping the route clean (yes… lots of horse “cleanup” included 😄).

It became a tradition that our GM, Ryan, and his wife Marissa genuinely looked forward to every year.

Unfortunately, the parade hasn’t taken place the last couple of years, and we’ve definitely felt its absence. It was a great way to give back, be part of the community, and have a little fun doing what we do.

We’re hopeful to see it return someday 🤞

After years of sweeping streets, parking lots, and construction sites… we’re proud to announce our next big expansion:

🇨🇦 ARMSTRONG SWEEPING CANADA DIVISION 🇨🇦

That’s right — effective immediately, we’re relocating north to take on our biggest challenge yet:
👉 SNOW SWEEPING

Why plow it when you can sweep it?

Our team has spent months developing proprietary, cutting-edge technology (see photos 👀) that allows our sweepers to:
✔️ Remove snow down to bare pavement
✔️ Capture and contain snow for eco-friendly disposal
✔️ Operate in extreme winter conditions (and look good doing it)

Bring the whole family out to the Apex Park and Recreation District Touch-A-Truck event at the Arvada Center!

Kids will have the chance to see, touch, and climb inside some amazing vehicles, including:

We’re proud to have provided street sweeping services for the Milling, Paving & SWPPP scope on this impactful North Denver project. It was a pleasure partnering with Brannan Companies and Prime Milling to help bring this corridor back to life.

This one truly hits close to home.

Our General Manager grew up near 65th & Federal and remembers walking along Federal Boulevard on a dirt path — no sidewalks, no curbs — hoping cars wouldn’t drift too close. Seeing new signals, defined curbs, and sidewalks where they never existed before is more than infrastructure… it’s real progress for the community.

Projects like this create safer passage for pedestrians, improve traffic flow, and refresh the entire appearance of the corridor. A new road surface doesn’t just enhance safety — it improves curb appeal and can encourage surrounding businesses to reinvest and make their properties more inviting for customers.

A big thank you to CDOT, CSP, Adams County, the City and County of Denver, and the surrounding communities for their partnership and collaboration on this important project.

We’re honored to be part of work that strengthens the communities we grew up in and continue to serve every day.

Working alongside Prime Milling and APC Construction, A CRH Company our team helped support the effort to create a safer, smoother, and rejuvenated roadway for the traveling public.

Projects like this take true collaboration. Thank you to CDOT, CSP, Clear Creek County, The Town of Empire, and everyone else who contributed to making this project a success.
