Joe's Window Cleaning, is a Colorado local business with 16 years of experience. We are currently looking for someone exceptional to fill the role of office asistant.
The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who has excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This person should have experience working in an office environment, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to coworkers. Being bilingual in English and Spanish fluently is vital for the position (Please, do not apply if you are not bilingual. We will reject the application right away).
We really need someone that is willing to learn and that have no difficulty to adapt to the job demand.
Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as answering and directing phone calls; handling email, files, meeting minutes, mailings, and deliveries; and making sure that the meeting-room is ready when necessary.
- Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, especially the kitchen and meeting room.
- Order office supplies, stock supply stations, and ensure that the office equipment is operable.
- Provide support to coworkers.
- Assist our estimator to write the job proposals, send them to the clients and follow-up with them.
- Create masters and workerorders for the workers
Qualifications
- Proven success in office coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
Proficiency with office applications (Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace), and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
