🎉 Happy 2-Year Anniversary, Liz! 🎉

It's hard to believe it's already been two years since Liz joined the Behle team . In that time, she's taken on a little bit of everything, from keeping our marketing moving giving sales presentations and working the fairs to taking care of all of our apparel, she makes sure there are plenty of new ideas in the mix.

Two years in, and there's still plenty more to tackle. We're lucky to have you, Liz!

🎉 Happy Birthday, Russell! 🎉

A lot of what happens around here depends on the work Russell does behind the scenes. Long days, tough jobs, and plenty of time spent keeping our equipment and trucks ready to go. It’s not always the easiest work, but it’s a very important part of keeping the whole operation moving.

We appreciate all the time and effort you put in, Russell. Hope you get to take it a little easier today. Happy Birthday! 🎂

🎉 Happy 10-Year Anniversary, Adam! 🎉

A decade is a long time, and a lot has changed at Behle since Adam came on board. He’s worked his way up over the years, taken on more responsibility, always willing to lend a hand whenever it's needed, and become someone we count on to figure things out. He's become someone that every team member relies on, which means that he's won Employee of the Year so many times that he finally asked us to let someone else have a chance. That tells you a lot about what it's like to have Adam on your team and the type of coworker he has been over the years.

Thanks for all the time, effort, and leadership you’ve brought to the Behle crew over the last 10 years, Adam. We appreciate you and all that you do around here.

🎉 Happy Birthday, Rich! 🎉

When you’ve got as much equipment running as we do, there’s always something that needs attention. Rich puts in the hours to keep things working, whether that means fixing something that decided to quit at the worst possible time or a helping hand on the jobs nobody else really wants to tackle.

That work makes a difference every day, even when most people never see it. Thanks for all you do, Rich. We appreciate you more than you probably hear. Have a great birthday! 🎂

🎉 Happy Birthday, Adam! 🎉

Adam is one of those people who is always willing to lend a hand, figure something out, or jump in when someone needs help. He puts a lot into his work, but just as much into taking care of his family.

We hope you get to spend some time doing something you enjoy today, Adam. You deserve it! Happy Birthday! 🎂

🎉 5 Years with Armando! 🎉

Somehow, we've made it five years with Armando's jokes and stories, and we're still glad to have him around.

All jokes aside, Armando has become someone the crew can learn a lot from. He's great at explaining how things work and taking the time to teach the guys when they need it.

Thanks for five years, Armando. We appreciate you!
