Running a small business means wearing every hat, and as a solo cleaner, I’m the owner, scheduler, customer service representative, and cleaner all in one.

I always do my absolute best to be reliable and keep every appointment. Thankfully, it’s very rare that I ever have to reschedule. I take pride in being dependable and showing up for my clients. However, sometimes unexpected and unforeseen situations arise that are simply out of my control.

Unlike larger companies, I don’t have a team of employees I can send in my place or someone to cover my schedule at a moment’s notice. If I ever have to adjust an appointment because of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please know it is never a decision I make lightly.

I’m working hard to grow my business to the point where I can hire a team, but I’m not quite there yet. Every client who trusts me with their home helps me get one step closer to that goal, and I’m incredibly grateful for your support along the way.

I understand your time is valuable because mine is too. My goal is always to communicate as quickly as possible and get you rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity.

✨Why I Started Palmetto Polish Cleaning LLC ✨

People often ask me why I started my cleaning business, and the answer is pretty simple.

I’ve been cleaning for years, and I knew I was good at what I do. I wanted to take that skill and make it useful by helping busy families, homeowners, and property owners maintain clean, comfortable spaces without the stress of doing it all themselves.

Now, while the money is definitely a huge plus (because unfortunately my bills refuse to accept compliments as payment 😂), that’s not the main reason I do what I do.

What started as a way to help others quickly became something I’m truly passionate about. There’s nothing quite like walking into a home that feels overwhelming and leaving it fresh, clean, and transformed. The satisfaction after every cleaning never gets old.

One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing the reactions from my clients—the texts, reviews, and messages telling me how much they love coming home to a clean house. Knowing I’ve made someone’s day a little easier makes all the hard work worth it.

Cleaning isn’t just about making things look nice. It’s about creating a space where people can relax, spend time with their families, and enjoy their homes.
