Hi friends! I want to share a quick clarification about Amazon returns.
I cannot accept Amazon QR codes, and I’ve actually never been able to. My location is only authorized to take UPS shipping labels, not QR‑based drop‑offs.

Amazon requires QR returns to be handled through a business in Butler. When I opened, Amazon did reach out, but they insisted I move my store to Butler. I told them I’d be happy to help if they ever set it up for Adrian, but until then, I have no ability to change this.

I’ve NEVER been paid by Amazon to help with returns. Any time I stop to walk someone through the process, I’m doing it simply because I care about this community, and I love to help people.

It’s been discouraging to be snapped at over something I truly have no control over. I promise I’m doing my best to help where I can, and I appreciate everyone who understands the limitations I’m working within.

With that being said, here are some tips if you do want to drop off your Amazon returns here:

1. Choose UPS Drop Off. Amazon often charges $6.99 for this option, I do not. If you bring a package with a printed UPS label that is taped and ready to go, drop‑off here is free.

2. Contact Amazon customer service if you aren’t given a label. Many customers have told me Amazon will provide a UPS label when asked.
