My week ahead… 💜
🏠 13 homes
🧹 1 commercial account
🎓 And on Saturday… we move Nathan back to college.

It's a little lighter work-wise this week, and I'm grateful for that because my brain — and apparently half of my house 😂 — is already in move-in mode.

The laundry is going. The piles are forming. We're sorting what goes, what stays, what he'll actually need, and what Mom thinks he'll need that he will assure me he absolutely does not. 🤣

I'll clean 13 homes and a commercial account this week, but I already know the hardest job on my schedule won't involve a mop.

It'll be helping unload those vehicles Saturday, getting him settled, making sure he has everything he needs… and eventually driving home without him. 🥹

Another college year. Another move-in day.
Here we go. 💛🖤

There are a lot of things you learn about people when you clean their homes.

Not because they tell you.

Because you’re there.

I see the coffee cup left beside the bed after a long night. The laundry that didn’t get folded because life got busy. The stack of mail on the counter. The toys everywhere because little people live there. The medicine sitting beside the sink. The flowers someone brought home. The family pictures. The empty bedroom of a kid who went off to college.

I notice when things change.

I can tell when it’s been a hard week.

I can tell when someone has been sick, when life has gotten overwhelmingly busy, when a new routine has started, when someone is preparing for something exciting—and sometimes when something difficult is happening.

I know which side of the bed you sleep on. 😂
I know which coffee cup is your favorite.
I know where the dog hides his toys and which kid leaves their socks everywhere.

And I know all of it without anyone ever having to say a word.

There’s something incredibly personal about allowing someone into your home—not the company-ready version of it, but the real one. Your bedrooms. Your bathrooms. Your kitchen counters. Your everyday life.

And I never take that trust lightly.

I’m not there to judge the mess or wonder why something didn’t get done. I’m there because you shouldn’t have to do all of it.

Sometimes my job is simply cleaning a house.

But sometimes it’s quietly noticing that life has been a little heavier lately and making sure that, when I leave, at least one part of it feels lighter.

I see a lot.

I know a lot.

And I consider it a privilege that my clients trust me enough to let me see their real life. 💜

As I was looking over my schedule for the week, I realized it's going to be another busy one!

🧹 16 residential homes
🛏️ 2 Airbnb turnovers
🏢 2 commercial cleanings

Twenty jobs in six days... and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you for trusting me with your homes, for supporting my small business, and for always being so understanding when a schedule has to shift a little. Life happens, Airbnb turnovers pop up, traffic exists, and sometimes one house needs a little extra TLC. Your grace and flexibility allow me to give every client the time and attention they deserve instead of rushing from one job to the next.

One of the greatest blessings of owning my own business isn't just getting to do what I love—it's the relationships I've built with so many of you over the years. You're more than names on a calendar to me, and I never take your loyalty for granted.

So here's to another full week of making homes sparkle! ✨ I can't wait to see so many of you over the next few days.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our country. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day is more than the start of summer, backyard cookouts, or a long weekend. It’s a day to reflect on the sacrifices made by so many and to hold space for the families who carry those losses every single day.

I’m incredibly grateful for the freedoms we enjoy because of those who served with courage and selflessness.

Wishing everyone a safe, peaceful Memorial Day spent with the people you love most.

Let's chat about Vacation Cleans, since we are entering vacation season!

🩵 What is a "Vacation Clean?"
A vacation clean is when you are out of town & I come in and clean your home like I normally would, I just do it "after hours." If no one is home, this gives me an opportunity to book additional appointments or take a few hours for my own doctor appointments or other commitments during business hours!

🩵 Why should I clean while you're on vacation?
This allows me to fill my schedule, AND... the BEST part is you get to come home to a sparkling house!

🩵 Is there an extra charge?
No! The only thing that changes, is your appointment TIME.

These cleans are for established clients only, that have already given me access to their home.
