We’re pleased to share that CSP Maintenance Pte Ltd has been featured in a recent TechNode Global article on how the cleaning industry is evolving.

One key takeaway is how workforce requirements are changing. With robotics, digital systems and AI becoming part of daily operations, the industry requires more than traditional manpower.

Companies today need technicians, engineers and operations teams who can maintain equipment, improve workflows and support implementation effectively.

At CSP, we continue to invest in building strong professional human capital so that we can deliver better, more consistent outcomes for our clients.

This is about staying capable, relevant and ready for a rapidly changing operating environment.

Sustainability is now part of that same standard. In cleaning, it means practical, measurable action: reducing water, energy, and chemical use, and improving transparency in reporting. These are no longer side issues. They are central to how providers are judged.

We are pleased to share that CSP Maintenance has been recognised at the SMU Service Excellence Awards 2026 as a recipient of the Service Excellence Award.

✨ CSP Maintenance HQ Reopens for the Year of the Horse 🐎

On 23 February 2026, CSP Maintenance officially resumed operations at our Headquarters following a week of Lunar New Year celebrations.

We welcomed the new year with a traditional Lion Dance blessing ceremony — an auspicious start symbolising prosperity, vitality and renewed momentum. As we enter the Year of the Horse, known for its strength, resilience and forward drive, we are inspired to forge ahead with energy, determination and purpose.

The occasion allowed our management team and colleagues to come together in gratitude for the year past and to reaffirm our shared commitment to service excellence in 2026.

The day concluded with a meaningful Chinese New Year HQ lunch, strengthening camaraderie and celebrating the strong team spirit that defines CSP.

Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Manager

We are seeking an experienced and devoted WSH Manager to lead our Workplace Safety, Health, and compliance functions across all CSP Maintenance worksites.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening our safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement in workplace safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide competent WSH advice, guidance, and support to management, site teams, and clients.

2. Ensure compliance with all applicable WSH regulations, Codes of Practice, and CSP policies through regular site inspections and safety walk-throughs with site leaders and clients.

3. Develop, implement, and maintain operational safety policies, procedures, and management systems (including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301).

4. Promote safety awareness through campaigns, structured toolbox meetings, induction programmes, training sessions, and other initiatives.

5. Lead accident and incident investigations in accordance with regulatory requirements, identify root causes, and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

6. Respond promptly and competently to client queries, ensuring alignment with legislation, industry best practices, and client-specific safety standards.

7. Prepare, analyse, and present WSH reports and performance data to internal and external stakeholders.

8. Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure safe and seamless service delivery.

9. Liaise with site operations staff and managers to address safety concerns and drive continual improvement.

Requirements:

• Relevant WSH certifications (e.g., WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent) and registration with the Ministry of Manpower as a WSH Officer.

• Proven experience in managing WSH in a facilities management, environmental services, or related operational environment.

• Strong communication skills in English and Mother Tongue languages (both written and spoken) to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 22301 management systems.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organisational levels.

Celebrating a Decade of Excellence at the CSP Maintenance Headquarters 🎉

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a special lunch in honour of our colleague, Eileen Pang, for her remarkable 10-year journey with our company. It's not every day that you get to celebrate a decade of loyalty, dedication and distinguished service.

Over the years, Eileen has been the heartbeat of numerous key moments and milestones. She's been with us through all our ups and downs, and her commitment, integrity, and tireless work ethic have helped shape who we are today — and for that, we are truly grateful.

As a small token of appreciation, our Founder and Chairman, David Chay, had the privilege of presenting her with a Rolex Oyster Perpetual. It’s a symbol of timeless value, much like her contributions to our company.
