🚨 We’re Hiring: QHSE Executive | KJ FEM Singapore 🚨
KJ FEM Singapore is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QHSE Executive to support and strengthen our Quality, Health, Safety & Environment functions across the organization.

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Support overall QHSE functions and ensure compliance with corporate, statutory, and industry requirements
✅ Maintain Integrated Management System (IMS) certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
✅ Assist in managing compliance certifications (BizSAFE, NEA, BCA, etc.)
✅ Support QHSE programs, audits, inspections, and initiatives across sites
✅ Coordinate internal audits and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
✅ Monitor QHSE regulations and assist in implementing necessary changes
✅ Analyze incidents, near misses, and audit findings to support corrective actions
✅ Conduct QHSE trainings and promote a strong safety culture
✅ Assist in organizing HSE Committee meetings and site safety engagements
✅ Support risk assessment processes and continuous improvement efforts
