The recent CNA video on high formaldehyde levels has highlighted a significant concern affecting our health and wellness. Since the AfA's Low Formaldehyde Commitment Pledge in April 2022, Speco has been dedicated to providing products that not only meet but exceed industry standards for formaldehyde emissions. Our E0 products, certified by the Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC), ensure the lowest possible formaldehyde emissions, promoting a healthier environment for everyone.

As the steward of Team Speco, it's my privilege to witness firsthand the dedication and hard work our team puts in every day. Since the dawn of 2024, it's been a whirlwind of activity for us. Even during the 15-day stretch of Chinese New Year, we completed not one, but two critical overseas missions.

Friends often ask me about the business outlook for the year, and my answer has remained consistent: the landscape is challenging, and the effort required is immense. We're in a time where we must give 200% to reap even 50% of the rewards.

But this week, a beacon of light revisited me – a featured video from last year showcasing the profound impact Speco has made. It's more than a reflection; it's a reminder of the essence of our fight. This video highlights our journey in upskilling workers and enhancing our impact footprint, narrating the tangible benefits we've brought to society.

Despite the tough conditions, this is the moment that underscores the importance of pressing on. It's a heartwarming affirmation that our efforts are more than business metrics; they're about making real, positive changes in the world.
