We are pleased that our Landscape Division have received NParks' Approval to be listed in the Landscape Company Register

We are pleased to be able to meet the requirements to be listed on Nparks' Landscape Company Register

This will be the start to a new chapter to us, showing our commitment to the Landscaping Industry.

On this first day of 2023, all of us at JADO Landscape would like to thank all our Clients that believe in us despite being a young setup.

The Landscape Company Register (LCR) provides recognition that a company is a genuine service provider with trained landscape employees. Landscape companies that manage green spaces, provide design and implementation services are eligible to apply as long as they are able to meet the following criteria:

✓ Majority of business contracts are related to landscape services
✓ Landscape operations employees are trained according to their job scopes as specified by the Progressive Wage Model (PWM) for the Landscape Sector
✓ Landscape operations employees are remunerated according to the PWM
✓ Must not have been convicted of employment law offences
✓Must not have defaulted on Employment Claims Tribunal (ECT) orders

Pre-work accessment is conducted to access the condition of the Wall Acoustic Panels.
Client have 2 requirements
- Stain Removal of the long standing stains
- Removal of Mildew smell (i.e. stale small) from these air conditioned rooms

Put forward our proposed cleaning method, which is accepted by client, and a Demo is conducted.

Client is satified with the End Result from the Demo, while we are pleased that our client is pleased with the end result when we completed this job.

We will perform carpet bonneting should the carpet surface is heavily stained. This procedure is to complement the High Pressure Steam Cleaning for carpet cleaning.

Carpet might look clean on the surface. But dirts are embedded beneath the carpet surface.

With high pressure steaming cleaning, embedded dirt is loosed by the steam and is vacuum up immediately.

With short drying time, less disruption to your company operations.
