2. To confirm the reservation, we require every customer to pay in advance the 50% of the rate as a down payment. Down Payment can be made through GCash and bank deposit (BDO)
3. Send copy of the proof of deposit through AURUM FB page messenger or email address [email protected]
✴️ Payment (Terms & Conditions):
➡️ First come First serve basis
➡️ No down payment, does not guarantee reservation
➡️ Call or Message us before going to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort
➡️ Failure to send copy of the bank deposit slip, will not guarantee Reservation
➡️ Reservation letter will be email once confirmed. Please print and submit the signed copy to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort
➡️ Non refundable, Non appearance on schedule will be forfeited
➡️ Rebooking is applicable provided the guest will notify the resort at least 7 DAYS prior to the initial reservation date. Subject to availability of date.
➡️ For hygiene and safety, guest must bring their own towel, blanket, dining wares, utensils and drinking cups
Failure to comply with the safety protocols and terms and conditions gives resort management the right to terminate the agreement, forfeit the rental fee paid by the guests, and ask the guests to leave the premises.
