2. To confirm the reservation, we require every customer to pay in advance the 50% of the rate as a down payment. Down Payment can be made through GCash and bank deposit (BDO)

β΄οΈ Payment (Terms & Conditions):
β‘οΈ First come First serve basis
β‘οΈ No down payment, does not guarantee reservation
β‘οΈ Call or Message us before going to the bank in order to reconfirm the availability of the resort
β‘οΈ Failure to send copy of the bank deposit slip, will not guarantee Reservation
β‘οΈ Reservation letter will be email once confirmed. Please print and submit the signed copy to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort
β‘οΈ Non refundable, Non appearance on schedule will be forfeited
β‘οΈ Rebooking is applicable provided the guest will notify the resort at least 7 DAYS prior to the initial reservation date. Subject to availability of date.
β‘οΈ For hygiene and safety, guest must bring their own towel, blanket, dining wares, utensils and drinking cups.
β΄οΈ Health and Safety Protocols (during Covid-19 pandemic):
β We offer package rate good for 25 persons. In excess of 25 headcount, an additional charge of 300 per head. We can accommodate up to maximum of 30 persons only (3yrs old and below not counted).
β No pets allowed in resort (We're sorry if this upset you!) π₯Ί
β No walk-ins or ocular allowed when resort is occupied
β We encourage all guests to still practice wearing face mask.
β Those with symptoms of Covid-19 such as cough, fever and flu will not be allowed to enter the resort.
β Failure to comply with the safety protocol gives the resort management the rights to terminate the agreement, forfeiture of the rental fee paid by the guests, and to ask the guests to leave the premises.
** Reservation is non-refundable but can be re-booked in case of lockdown during GCQ MECQ and ECQ. In the event of lockdown, rebooking is FREE of charge.
