🪷 all guests must also register in the logbook for compliance with the DOT reporting guidelines on accommodation establishments.
🪷 guests shall be advised to sanitize their shoes and hands with the provided sanitizing agents before entering the premises.
🪷 it is the guests' responsibility to secure all travel documents and requirements.

📌 maximum capacity of 20 pax, excess will be charged ₱150/head. excess of five (5) guests only.

BOOKING ARRANGEMENT AND RATES:
🪴 reservations may be done through the website (airbnb/facebook), telephone, or e-mail.
🪴 a deposit equivalent to 20% or 50% of the total amount of the reservation shall be required to confirm the booking (paid through GCASH or BPI BANK TRANSFER). The remaining balance thereof (including other fees incurred) shall be paid upon arrival and check-in.
🪴 NO DOWN PAYMENT, NO RESERVATION. we are on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. no down payment or failure to send a copy of the bank deposit slip/receipt will not guarantee reservation.
🪴 reservation letter will be e-mailed once confirmed. please print and submit the signed copy to the caretaker upon arrival at the resort as proof of booking.
🪴 down payment is refundable with charge (₱500) at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date.
🪴 no-show on the scheduled date means forfeiture of the amount paid.
🪴 rebooking shall be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled date and is subject to availability. rebooking is only valid for two (2) months and is subject to additional charges depending on the current season rate. weekday rate: MONDAY-THURSDAY
