📢 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT
New Guidelines for Laundry Collection & Delivery
Dear Valued Customers,
To continuously improve our service and ensure the proper handling and complete return of your laundry, we are implementing the following **new guidelines** for all laundry transactions:
1. Item Counting and Verification
- All laundry items will be **counted one by one in the presence of the customer** before processing. This is to ensure that the quantity of items received is properly recorded and that all clothes are accounted for upon release.
2. Job Order Confirmation
- Customers will be asked to **sign our new Job Order** to confirm that they have reviewed and understood our **Terms and Conditions** regarding the laundry service.
3. Pick-Up & Delivery Customers
- For customers using our **pick-up and delivery service**, if item counting cannot be personally witnessed by the customer, we will:
- Request the customer's **signature on our Waiver of Liability**; and *Send a **video or documentation of the item counting/recounting through Messenger** for transparency and verification.
These guidelines are implemented to protect both our **customers and the laundry shop**, minimize discrepancies, and maintain the quality and reliability of our service.
