Job Opening: Experienced Lead Barista
Location: LAPU LAPU AREA
Rate: ₱600.00 – ₱900.00 per day
(Depending on experience)

Are you a coffee professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a skilled, passionate Senior Barista to join our team and help us deliver the perfect cup to our community.
What We’re Looking For
We aren't just looking for someone to push buttons. We need a technician who understands the "why" behind the coffee.
* Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a specialty coffee shop or high-volume cafe.
* Technical Mastery: Proven ability to dial in espresso, maintain grind consistency, and steam silky microfoam.
* Latte Art: Ability to pour consistent hearts and tulips (rosettes are a plus!).
* Efficiency: Ability to manage a high-volume "rush" while maintaining a clean and organized station.
* Hospitality: A friendly, professional attitude with the ability to build rapport with our regulars.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks following house recipes.
* Calibrate grinders and espresso machines throughout the day to ensure quality.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and food safety.
* Assist in inventory management and restocking milk/beans.
* Provide exceptional service and handle customer inquiries with expert knowledge.
