Dear valued customer, please be guided to our Laundry Rules.
1. We are not liable for any missing socks, undergarments or any small items unless you provide us a list of your laundry before wash.
2. We shall not be liable for any changes resulting from normal washing process, loss of buttons or anything left in the pocket, shrinkage, discoloration, burn, or rips. So better not include your clothes that is fabric delicate and with damages already.
3. We reserve the right to confirm accuracy
for any discrepancy within 24 hours from pick up time. Complaints will not be entertained beyond 24 hours.
4. Liability of Loss is limited to an amount not exceeding (3) three times of the laundry packages.
5. Items not claimed or collected within 30 days will be disposed without prior notice.
6. Once you acquire our services, these laundry rules are considered as agreed upon by both customer and owner
