💚🖤 TOP NOTCH CLEANING – IMPORTANT CLIENT UPDATE 🖤💚

To all my wonderful regular clients,

Firstly, I'd like to say a huge thank you for your continued support. I truly appreciate every client who trusts me to look after their home.

As Top Notch Cleaning continues to grow, I've made a few changes to ensure I can continue providing the high-quality, reliable cleaning service you deserve.

🧹 NEW HOURLY RATE

Effective 1 December 2026, my regular cleaning rate will increase from $45 to $55 per hour.

💳 UPDATED PAYMENT POLICY

From 1 December 2026, all private regular cleaning appointments will require payment on the day the cleaning service is completed.

Unfortunately, ongoing delays in invoice payments have made it necessary to introduce this policy.

I kindly ask that all clients respect these payment terms. Any outstanding invoices must be settled before further cleaning appointments can proceed.

💚 THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT

As a small, locally owned business, your support means so much to me. I'm incredibly grateful for how far Top Notch Cleaning has come and look forward to continuing to care for your homes.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
