Tucked away in the bush, this project was all about working with a compact footprint to make the most of an incredible view.

Because space was limited, every single detail mattered. We carefully positioned the pool so that when you’re in the water, you look straight out over the bush to the water below.

It’s a great example of how you don't need a massive backyard to create a beautiful, functional space to unwind.

We recently wrapped up this build out at Motukaraka Point, and it features a detail we really love.

Built right into the side of the pool is a custom circular viewing window. It’s a quiet, understated detail from a distance, but it completely changes the feel of the pool when you look in from the garden.

A great example of how a simple architectural feature can make a big impact on a clean, modern design.

We love looking back at the full journey of this spectacular Kāpiti Coast build. What started with precise earthworks and foundation digging quickly transformed into a seamless architectural feature.

For the finish, the clients went with 'Coromandel' a vibrant, coastal blue that delivers a stunning pop of color no matter where you are standing on the property.

Our unique on-site build process means every step, from the first excavator scoop to the final spray, is tailored exactly to the landscape 🏡

The Kāpiti House is at it again with another massive win! 🏆🌿

We are so proud to see this incredible project recognised on the national stage yet again, taking home Gold for Sustainable Project (NZ) at the 2026 national industry awards.

This is another project we are incredibly proud of bringing to life. For the pool, our crew precision-crafted a 15m Lap Pool tailored perfectly to the Kāpiti environment. It sits beautifully alongside the home itself being named the Green House of the Year 2026.

Proof that sustainable design and ultimate luxury can go hand-in-hand.
