We are incredibly proud to see the Kāpiti House named the Green House of the Year 2026. Designed by the visionary team at Studio Pacific Architecture and masterfully built by our sister company, Pinnacle Construction Ltd, this project represents the pinnacle of sustainable New Zealand design.

For the pool, the brief was clear: it needed to be as precise and purposeful as the home itself. Our Lap Pool was the perfect fit, offering a sleek, minimalist axis that mirrors the home’s clean lines while providing a high-performance fitness space.

Because we spray our fiberglass on-site, we were able to deliver this architectural centerpiece with minimal disruption to the sensitive Kāpiti landscape.
