I hope you're all doing well. Unfortunately I have had to go home due to sickness. This is incredibly tough being a small business however the service I provide is important to me and I can't do it while I'm feeling like this.

I will never create a safety risk for any of my clients. I hope you're all well and safe.

Kia ora everyone and happy Saturday!

Some top tips for safety and looking after your appliances that you may not think about day to day:

🧽 Remember to empty your lint trap in your dryer after every load

🪥 If you have a front loader washing machine, the silicone seal can accumulate mould if not kept dry. Leave the door slightly open after each use. Use an old rag to clean the silicon seal in-between washes. Use distilled vinegar to wipe ( not bleach as this can damage it ) it's far more effort and costly to replace this once the mould has set in. I like to keep the detergent drawer open also. Only do this if safe and not a hazard to small children, pets or clumsy adults ( like me 😆 )

🍞 Empty the crumb tray in your toaster regularly to prevent smells and damage, ensure the tray is dry before using again if using a wet paper towel or cleaning with soap.

My best tip is prevention not cure - have a great weekend guys !
