This home in khandallah has had a reconfigured floor plan over the years which left the original front porch a redundant destination. We worked closely with the owners to alter this into an ensuite and changed the layout to suit. Leaving the original stained glass assists with the character

Thanks to the generosity of the community, an amazing $1,500 was raised to support mentoring matches across Wellington 💜

A special thank you also goes to Black Sheep Construction Ltd for their generous $750 contribution towards the prize money — your support made a real difference on the night.

It was such a fantastic atmosphere seeing tamariki out on the track, families cheering, and the community coming together for a great cause.

We have some great clients that trust us to look outside the box. This caravan was used to carry our client and his siblings in their childhood all over the Waikato. When he constructed a bach for his own family and an extra room was needed it made perfect sense to solid mount it and connect via decking.

Over time water ingress has taken its toll so we embarked on a new membrane roof, replacing framing and relining ready for the painter to spruce it up for the summer at the beach.

Well underway replacing a carport with a pool house and a new garage to the front of the property. Building our own frames and cutting our own rafters on this one to keep some old skills alive 😊

A client requested a demolition price to remove this from their future development site. We had other ideas and brokered a deal which provided a free do up dwelling for another customer and a free site clear for our original client. Win/Win with the valuable input from Qualty Demo to move and co-ordinate cranage everything went smoothly

A mammoth few months with a very fluid design but we are proud to have completed this new showroom and workshop for Lexus of Wellington. 2 levels of showroom, more than a dozen workshop bays, a dedicated wash and grooming area and even a photo studio. How good is the 'AHIPARA' texture board to the upper showroom extension supplied by our friends at Fibre Cement Solutions NZ.
