Project 31 latest update.

We have been working hard to prepare the grounds and bring this beautiful girl back to a place where new buyers will see her potential and see themselves living in this fab 4-bedroom home.

Hazel Youngman - Total Realty 1.5% brief from her vendors is to get the property in good shape both outside and inside. We are working on that.

We partnered with North Canterbury Junk/Rubbish removal and used Luke's awesome services to clear the gutters and downpipes. He's a cracker - make sure you check him out.

Today was all about moving 'stuff' out of the way to see what we've got - and to our very pleasant surprise, we discovered a hidden gate to an awesome open, green space. This would be amazing for dog walking, or a place for kids to be kids...

Hazel Youngman - Total Realty 1.5% popped around today to say hello and was super happy with the progress.

Our goal is to give this property all she deserves and get her on the market in the best shape possible.
We are loving this kind of work - it's so rewarding...

Project 31 - Today is a new day, a new dawn is about to break on this beautiful lady.

Here at The Property Care Team we will be providing our Whole Property Service for this large, 4 bedroom property. Fabulous for families, it's even got a Rumpus room, huge lounge, three car garage and carport.....

We will be working with Hazel Youngman - Total Realty 1.5% on this project , she is such a hard worker, a gem of a human, and genuinely wants to do the very best for you, the homeowner.

For us, it's all about trust and knowing that we will always do a great job for you.

Our services began as cleaning and gardening, now were have grown into a WHOLE PROPERTY SERVICE TEAM. Our goal was to connect with local trades and services, and grow a collaboration of services and make them available to Property Owners, Real Estate Teams, Investors & Property Managers. We take the pressure off YOU, by providing ONE point of contact - ONE invoice and most importantly ONE place to find what you need for your Property.
