All cancellations require 24 hours' notice minimum. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged half of the service price. Cancellations made with less tha
n 12 hours' notice will be charged at full amount of service. Thank you for understanding as it makes it very difficult to fill these spots last minute and this affects staffing. For cancelations of on-going services, we do require two weeks' notice minimum to end services. This gives us tome to fill the vacancy. COMPLAINTS
We pride ourselves in being known for our great communication as a company and welcome any feedback or concerns you may have whilst employing our company in your home. If something you would rather, we did/or didn't do or would like to change how we do things in your home then please let us know, we cannot fix the problem if we are unaware of it. We request that you contact us within 24 hours of an issue occurring at your clean this makes it easier to fix the issues. BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS AND CONTENT
From time to time, we will take before and afters in homes to show others our hard work. We do understand privacy is key and we would like to respect our clients. We do keep these as discreet as possible to avoid showing full rooms, however if you have any concerns and would rather these not be taken in your home please let me know.
