We’re looking for a Leading Hand.
Leading hand is a multi-skilled role responsible for constructing, installing, commissioning, servicing, and maintaining swimming pools and spa systems while also supporting showroom sales and customer service. The role combines technical trade skills with customer-facing responsibilities, ensuring high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer experiences. Full in-house training is provided on company products and systems.
Skills & experience
✔️Experience in plumbing, construction or a related trade.
✔️Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
✔️Excellent customer service, communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
✔️Computer literacy for quoting and customer management.
✔️Full New Zealand Driver License
✔️Swimming pool installation and servicing experience
✔️Retail or showroom sales experience.
✔️Knowledge of pool water chemistry and automation systems.
✔️First Aid Certificate and Forklift License.
